one of the obstacles you had to go downt he middle of and back out of
going through the hair-pin turn towards the second stage
running over the balance beam
for this obstacle, the timing was stopped, you were spun on this sit-n-spin device for like 15 seconds, and made to get up and start again cause the clock was started. obviously falling off, most people did, spun too rapidly.
